An Initial Consultation focuses on getting to know you, your medical history, current concern/s and your wellbeing goals, in order to work with you collaboratively to craft a personalised, holistic healthcare plan.

A brief explanation of signs and symptoms and progress, followed by an Acupuncture treatment & Chinese herbal medicine & lifestyle consultation and evaluation (If required).

Follow up - Acupuncture Appointment
Acupuncture involves small needles which penetrate the skin to stimulate specific points and and to encourage to flow of Qi (energy) and blood flow throughout the Meridians. Session is 30-45 minutes.

This is roughly a 90 min session, designed to address and support your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being.

Typical Appointment Structure (Initial Consultation):
Review & discuss your medical history (Medical History Form to be completed online prior to appointment)
Physical assessment (eg: Traditional Chinese Medicine tongue and pulse diagnosis)
Review of and/or request for blood and pathology assessments
Intuitive card reading (optional)
Discuss & design a treatment plan
Treatments may include any combination of:

Bowen Therapy
Energetic Healing
Guided Meditation
Shamanic Healing/ Journey work
Sound Healing (Shamanic Drum & Rattle)

Follow Up Consultations are centred around your continuum of care relating to your Initial health concern. To ensure you are supported with the highest quality care, Renee will review and discuss your progress to address any required changes to your treatment or care plan.
A Typical Holistic Healing Session Structure (Follow Up Consultation):
Discuss presenting symptoms & concern/s; any changes, and progress
Physical Assessment (eg: Traditional Chinese Medicine tongue and pulse diagnosis)
Blood and Pathology reassessment to check progress (when required)
Review & update herbal/supplement prescriptions and dietary/lifestyle protocols (where applicable)
Individualised Treatment

This is a follow up treatment, after your Initial consultation and Treatment. It involves:
- A brief explanation of signs and symptoms and progress, followed by an Acupuncture treatment & Chinese herbal medicine & lifestyle consultation and evaluation (If required)

- Digestive complaints
- Gynaecological/fertility issues
- Depression and Anxiety
- musculoskeletal/ joint pain
- Headaches/migraines
- Acne/skin conditions
- and much more....
Integrative Medicine
- Chinese Herbal Medicine & lifestyle:
- Herbal medicine evaluation and add or change to prescription
- Supplements and diet therapy check in and evaluation
- Blood analysis/ Review
